| Notes: | This work, probably written in 1045/1635 in Aceh, is a Malay version of Sharḥ al-‘aqā'id al-nasafīyah by Imām Sa‘d al-Dīn al-Taftāzānī (d. 792/1390). It deals with the Ash‘arī theology of ahl al-sunnah wa-al-jamā‘ah. The existence of copies of this manuscript is so important, since it had been assumed that there is no longer any copy of this work in the word (Al-Attas, 1988).
